Everyone’s favorite hangover cure is enhanced with a bit of fizz—perfect for brunch. Everyone likes their Bloodies a little different, so feel free to adjust the recipe as you see fit.
1/2 cup Tomato Water (page 81)
1/4 cup vodka
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon horseradish (optional)
Ice, as needed
1/4 cup seltzer
Celery stick, for garnish (optional)
In a Fizzy Bloody Mary cocktail shaker, combine the tomato water, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and horseradish with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass. Top with the seltzer, and garnish with celery, if desired.
