Beef Burger


• 4 burger buns
• Lettuce
• Cucumber, thinly sliced
• Tomato, thinly sliced
• Onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons mustard or mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
• 1 tablespoon margarine
• 300 grams lean minced beef
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tablespoon plain flour
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt of cream soda.

  1. Beef Burger: Mix all ingredients until well blended. Divide the mixture into 4 parts. Make a flattened spherical shape. Set aside.
  2. Heat the margarine in a skillet. Fry the burgers until cooked on both sides.
  3. Grease the bun with mustard or mayonnaise and ketchup. Stack the burgers with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion. Serve.
