Chocó & corn flakers ki missi roti

Bengal gram flour 100gm

Whole wheat flour 50gm

Chopped ginger 1 tsp

Chopped cilantro 2 tsp

Carom seeds ¼ tsp

Chopped garlic ¼ tsp

Asafoetida ¼ tsp

Salt ½ tsp

cooking oil 2 tsp

cumin seeds crushed ¼ tsp

Chocos flakes crushed 1tsp

Butter cube 1 nos 1 tsp

Water as per Requirements

Method:

Take the Gram flour whole wheat flour mixing bowl

Add finely chopped onion green chilly asafetida and oil &mix very well add water slowly a little at a time and mix well to knead a smooth soft dough allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes and add crushed chocks and oatmeal and make medium size ball from the dough

Roll to a circle about 5-6 inches sprinkle some more flour while rolling if required and make like thick Indian Rotis

Place the rotison a hot skillet and flip the rotis when the base is partially cooked

Spread some butter on the partially cooked part

When the second side is cooked we can see the brown spot is cooked we can see the brown spot and flip it again press the edges with a spatula till it crisp and add butter after flipping serve hot with any Indian meal.
