A great drink to enjoy on a crisp autumn weekend, the rum pairs perfectly with the apple cider’s mulling spices.
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Syrup (page 71)
1/4 cup gold rum
Ice, as needed
1/2 cup seltzer
In a lowball glass, stir together the syrup and rum to combine. Add the ice and top with seltzer, gently stirring again and Serve Apple Cider Rum.
