- 4 burger buns
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Scallions, thinly sliced
- Red and green paprika pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of cheese
- 300 grams tofu, mashed
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 leek, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon fried onion, chopped
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 tablespoon pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- Tofu burgers: Mix together all ingredients except margarine until well blended. Form into 4 parts. Make rounded and flattened.
- Heat margarine and fry burgers until cooked.
- Grease bun with margarine. Arrange lettuce and tofu burgers. Apply mayonnaise and add slices of cheese, scallions, and pepper. Serve.
