- 500 grams cooked rice, made into 8 round, flat shapes
- Onion, thinly sliced
- Lettuce leaves
Rice Burger with Black Pepper Beef:
- 150 grams ground beef
- 1 egg
- 50 grams chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon black peppercorns
- ½ teaspoon salt
Sauce:
- ½ chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, coarsely crushed
- 150 milliliters boiled water
- Rice Burger with Black Pepper Beef: Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Divide mixture into 4 parts and form into round, flattened shapes. Bake until cooked.
- Prepare rice. Stacking burgers, add black pepper sauce, onions, and lettuce. Cover with rice.
- Sauce: Sauté onion and flour until aromatic. Stir in soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, and black pepper. Add water. Mix well until thickened.
