Cheese Burger

Cheese Burger

Ingredients:

• 4 burger buns
• Lettuce
• Cucumber, thinly sliced
• Tomato, thinly sliced
• Onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons mustard or mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
• 4 slices of cheese
• 1 tablespoon margarine
• 300 grams lean minced beef
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tablespoon plain flour
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Cheese Burger:  Mix all the ingredients until well blended. Divide the mixture into 4 parts. Make a flattened spherical shape. Set aside.
  2. Heat the margarine in a skillet. Fry the burgers until cooked on both sides.
  3. Grease the bun with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise or mustard. Stack it with cheese, a burger, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion. Serve.
